sga99 may request identity and address verification documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to at the point of first withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected.
Accepted identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership (such as a bank statement header or e-wallet screenshot) may also be required to confirm that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name.
Once you have submitted the required documents, sga99 will complete the verification review within two (2) business days. During this period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. If the submitted documents are incomplete or unacceptable, our support team will notify you and request alternative documentation within the same period.
All deposits to your sga99 Account are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sga99 does not apply any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transfer charges, for which sga99 bears no responsibility.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your sga99 Account originate from a payment method registered in your own name and that the funds are derived from lawful sources. Deposits made from payment methods registered to a third party will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Members may request a withdrawal of real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
